The hotel room was not up to the mark if we compare with the charges. The kind of room we got, should not be charged over 1000 INR for that. No proper bed, no hot/cold water option, improper interior planning, water bottle wasn’t sealed, wrong light switch placement etc. Overall disappointed with the experience we had even after booking with Make My Trip…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel preetam, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

Hotel is good and located outside Shambhajinagar railway station. We has our room on second floor and it has total four floors but no lift. Rooms are OK and bathrooms are neat. No cockroaches or mosquitoes. Room nearly painted while bathrooms are antique. Being close to station and main road, Vechcular traffic noise and railway announcements are loud. Nice, friendly and comfortable staff. Hot water from 5am to 11am. AC/non-AC, both rooms are available What else can you expect from a budget friendly hotel. Check in 12pm and checkout 11am

The facility and room are not clean, bedcover seem to be not a cleaned one and there is no lift for a room on the 3rd floor.

horrible, in superior no any super, no chair-table facility, room size for 3 was not sufficient, AC water continue on bed. TV not working. upper Floor move by stair. but staff was cooperative. can say sorry for stay.

I stayed 3 nights at hotel preetam. Location is good, food availability is close, room was clean and simple. At day of leaving, i had an issue with the bus transportation company. They made a mistake with the departure time, instead of 0645 pm, they announced departure at 0645 am. After checking out at 0600, no bus was there, went back to the hotel. Management showed positive comity and let me re-check-in for no extra charge until official check-out time. So, thumbs-up

To be honest I paid a sum of around ₹1100 for the room. Being a business traveller you need just two things to be good i.e. Bed and toilet and I found these two upto the mark. Considering other amenities like Ac, Tv etc it ismt required much. There was tv(old dabba tv). But I spent the night well there. Recommended.
